About Me

Hello!   I’m Jillian

A certified Life and Health Coach with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and background in behavioral health treatment. I spent years of working in residential dual-diagnosis treatment centers across Southern California. That experience shaped my understanding of human resilience and inspired my transition into coaching – where I now focus on what I love most: helping people grow and reconnect with their true selves.

My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through consistent, compassionate progress – not perfection. Whether you are navigating stress, life transitions, chronic illness, or simply seeking more clarity and purpose, I offer 1:1 support rooted in empathy, insight, and practical tools that work.

Outside of coaching I find joy in painting, baking, and curling up with a good book beside my two miniature Dachshunds, Tiberius and Gizmo. I am also an advocate for individuals living with chronic conditions and survivors of troubled teen programs – communities close to my heart.

My own journey has been one of burning down & rising again – & now I walk alongside others as they find their own way forward.

My own wellness journey began when my health demanded a wake-up call. After years of burnout, I was diagnosed with ADHD, alopecia, and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I had to rebuild from the inside out – improving sleep hygiene, nourishing my body, and learning to truly listen to what I need. That transformation led me here: walking alongside others as they rise from their own challenges and reclaim their vitality.

If you are ready to take the next step toward a more balanced, empowered life – I am here to walk with you!
